Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the printed book.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Miraix Creators by M. Rötzer, Birkenstrasse 9, 4123 Allschwil, Switzerland, hello@heldio.ch) by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For digital content (PDF download): You expressly agree that we begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires. You acknowledge that on start of performance (provision of the download) your right of withdrawal lapses.
